ok these were incraments of roughly 50k damage on servants of allistari in blasted land cuz they dont die unless you are doing the quest

Its been posted, like, everywhere on the internet talking about slow/ fast or slow / slow.

Slow Fast allows for more procs of Flurry but also faster usage of Flurry form the OH. As well as the WF CD sometimes being on CD for the MH because it procced from the OH.

Slow Slow allows for harder hitting MH and OH during all melee and specials.

While I haven't extensively played an Enh Shaman (Mines 60 lol)

Thats from what I've heard/seen on my shaman.
