Hello Hells Elite.

As a lot of you are aware. Paul has made the choice to spend more time in real life, outside of the game, get some stuff taken care of there. With that intent he has passed Hells elite guild master to me.

Well here is some things I need from everyone,So I can try to fill the shoes left for me to step into.


The guild as a whole seems to have a mass irritation with how we have seemed to get stuck pre raid and not focusing on raiding as much as we have in the past.

I have no easy fix for this. I know a lot of the guild that we have right now. joined hells elite when we were either running 4 kara groups or already progressing in the 25 man raids.

There is a step before that can happen and that is US as a GUILD helping get each other ready to raid. This includes but is not limited to, helping our healers get the gear they need to keep our tanks and dps alive. It US the GUILD helping get the dps in guild ready to dps in raids.I would say the tanks need the same help, but I think they have gotten it, and are ready.( Now I know some heals and dps are ready too, but we need 4 tanks 10 dps and 6 healers to get two groups farming ten mans and combining for 25's.)

If we as a guild can not make that happen. Our raids will keep having to PUG healers, and possible ranged dps. If we as a guild cant step up and help each other, we as a guild will not be raiding any sooner then we are currently headed towards.

I can tell you all I am forming raids, I can tell you all that I plan on doing this, and I am doing that, then when I try, and if fails. everyone gets discouraged and upset.

So the second thing I ask from you guys is to list the GUILD some sort of a regular schedule u can play. so if u need help getting some heroic drops, badges, or simply getting back int ht hang of playing your toon. WE can be on as a GUILD to help you.

I can be on every night from about 6 server for 4-6 hours. I have and will continue running heroics and helping people get things they need. I will also be respecing and farming for boomkin items so i can let another tank step into raids instead of myself.

If we all make a few sacrifices in things we farm, we can get some of the crafted items for others that mayneed it, and we can start getting the drops from the ten mans.


WE have the people, we have the skill, we have the motivation, we just need to pull together and get to our common goal, Raids.


I will do my best, to work with the officers of the guild, and help everyone that wants to get into raids get there. so we can start progressing and get ourselves ready to enter the new content when it is released.

(Another note. Officer can invite, so recruit! we need caster dps [shadow priests mages locks elemental shammies ect.] and healers of all types. NO TANKS OR RET PALLIES)

I can be on any time until january when school starts again.

I have classes on Tue and Thursday until around 3:15 server time, so i should be good for raids any night of the week (unless special circumstances like studying for tests, etc.)
