I made this macro for Catraa after seeing what the proc was.

/tar Deefe
/cast Lesser Healing Wave
/targetlasttarget

Obviously you can change the name depending on who is tanking but if you don't need the heal yourself and the tank is still tanking hit that macro when the GCD isn't up and it'll heal the tank without losing your target.
